2. Purpose of Data Processing

Your personal data are processed for the following purposes:

  • — registering and identifying the candidate in the agency’s database;
  • — matching and presenting the candidate to potential employers;
  • — preparing, translating, and arranging documents required for employment;
  • — maintaining communication with the client and providing consulting support;
  • — fulfilling obligations under the contract (public offer);
  • — complying with legal and accounting requirements.

3. Categories of Processed Data

We may process the following categories of personal data:

  • — name, surname, date of birth, nationality;
  • — contact details (telephone number, e-mail address);
  • — passport data or PESEL number;
  • — information regarding education, professional experience, certificates, and references;
  • — data contained in the CV or supporting documents;

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Your personal data are processed on the following legal grounds:

  • — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into it;

All data recipients are bound by confidentiality and process data only on the basis of agreements with the controller.
