Deodorant packer in Poland (Gdańsk)

🏢 A modern logistics center for the distribution of cosmetic and hygiene products invites men, women and married couples to apply for a deodorant packer position. Work in a stable company with the possibility of part-time work and bonuses for diligence.

📜 Official employment under the Umowa zlecenie contract, which is regulated by Polish labor law and provides for:
✅ Timely payment of wages without delays;
✅ Registration under Polish law;
✅ Payment of all mandatory taxes and contributions;
✅ Possibility of bonuses and contract extension.

💶 Salary:

🔴 1. Before taxes (gross):
💶 Hourly rate: 37.50 zł/hour (8.80 €/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: up to 940 zł/month (up to 220 €/month)
💰 Monthly salary: PLN 7740 – 9730/month (€1820 – 2287/month)

🟢 2. After taxes (net):
💶 Hourly rate: 32.00 PLN/hour (7.50 EUR/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: up to 800 PLN/month (up to 200 EUR/month)
💰 Monthly salary: PLN 6600 – 8300/month (€1550 – 1950/month)

🟢 3. For students under 26 (tax benefits):
💶 Hourly rate: PLN 37.50/hour (€8.80/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: up to 940 PLN/month (up to 220 EUR/month)
💰 Monthly salary: 7740 – 9730 PLN/month (1820 – 2287 EUR/month)

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5-6 days a week, 8-12 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 06:00 – 14:00;
• Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes lunch;
• Overtime: possible upon prior arrangement;
• Monthly working hours: 200 – 240 hours per month.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packing and sorting deodorants (roll-on, aerosol and solid formats);
• Checking the tightness of packaging and the integrity of products;
• Stickering, marking and picking orders;
• Working with a hand scanner and warehouse accounting system;
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:

• Free (payment of utilities only: 200 – 400 zł/month);
• Rooms: 2 people / couples — together;
• Conditions: beds, bed linen, appliances, Wi-Fi;
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Shops, pharmacies nearby, work — on foot or by company bus.
