Clothing packer in Romania (Cluj)

🏢 A modern production and logistics center for clothing packaging and sorting in Cluj is inviting men, women, and couples to apply for a packaging position. Work in a stable European company with the possibility of additional work, quality bonuses, and comfortable working conditions.

📜 We offer two official employment formats, depending on your situation:

1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payments without delays;
   ✅ Official registration in accordance with the labor code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and contributions;

   ✅ Business trip to Romania.
2. Contract individual de muncă (direct Romanian employment contract):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payments without delays;
   ✅ Official registration in accordance with the Romanian Labor Code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and contributions;
   ✅ Legal protection for employees;
   ✅ Prospect of long-term employment and residence in Romania.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 10.60 EUR/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 2125 – 2550 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 8.50 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 1700 – 2040 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 days a week, 8 – 12 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Monthly working hours: 200 – 240 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packing clothes (T-shirts, pants, jackets, accessories);
• Checking products for defects and compliance with quality standards;
• Marking and labeling packages;
• Sorting clothes by type, size, and color;
• Keeping the workplace tidy;
• Compliance with health and safety regulations.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of accommodation is partially covered by the employer (utilities are paid by the employee);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2–3 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Conditions: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
• Utilities: from 85to 120 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
