Clothing packer in Bulgaria (Sofia)

🏢 A modern production and logistics center for clothing packaging and sorting in Sofia is inviting men, women, and couples to apply for a position as a packer. Work in a stable European company with the possibility of additional work, quality bonuses, and comfortable working conditions.

📜 We offer two official employment formats, depending on your situation:

1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payments without delays;
   ✅ Official employment in accordance with the labor code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and contributions;
   ✅ Legal protection for employees;
   ✅ Business trip to Bulgaria.
2. Employment contract (direct Bulgarian employment contract):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payments without delays;
   ✅ Official registration in accordance with the Bulgarian Labor Code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and contributions;
   ✅ Legal protection for employees;
   ✅ Prospect of long-term employment and residence in Bulgaria.

💶 Salary:

Before taxes (gross):
🔴 Hourly rate: 9.70 EUR/hour;
🔴 Monthly salary: 1810 – 2090 EUR/month.

After taxes (net):
🟢 Hourly rate: 7.75 EUR/hour;
🟢 Monthly salary: 1450 – 1670 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 – 6 days a week, 8 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 06:00 – 14:00;
• Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Monthly working hours: 180 – 200 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packing clothes (T-shirts, pants, jackets, etc.);
• Checking products for defects and compliance with quality standards;
• Marking and labeling packages;
• Sorting clothes by type, size, and color;
• Keeping the workplace tidy;
• Compliance with sanitary and safety regulations.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The employer covers part of the accommodation costs (utilities are paid by the employee);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2–3 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Conditions: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
• Utilities: from 50 to 100 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
