Tea and coffee packer in Greece (Athens)

📜 We offer two official employment formats, depending on your situation:

1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payments without delays;

   ✅ Business trips to Greece.
2. Employment contract (direct Greek employment contract):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payments without delays;
   ✅ Official registration in accordance with the Greek labor code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes, social security, and pension contributions;
   ✅ Legal protection for employees in accordance with Greek law;
   ✅ Prospect of long-term employment and legal residence in the country.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 10.30 EUR/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 1850 – 2270 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 8.25 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 1500 – 1820 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5–6 days a week, 8 – 10 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Monthly workload: 180 – 200 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging and packing tea and coffee products (capsules, packs, filter bags);
• Quality control of packaging, checking for leaks and labeling;
• Labeling and sticking;
• Sorting products by type and packaging;
• Maintaining order in the workplace;
• Compliance with sanitary and safety regulations.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of accommodation is partially covered by the employer (utilities are paid by the employee);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2–3 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Conditions: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
• Utilities: from 60 to 120 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
