  1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):

  2. Tööleping (direct Estonian employment contract):

    ✅ Payment of taxes and social contributions in accordance with Estonian legislation;
    ✅ Legal protection for employees in accordance with Estonian law;
    ✅ Prospect of long-term employment and residence in Estonia.

💶 Salary:

  1. Before taxes (gross):
    🔴 Hourly rate: 10.90 EUR/hour;
    🔴 Monthly salary: 2037 – 2310 EUR/month.
  2. After taxes (net):
    🟢 Hourly rate: 8.75 EUR/hour;
    🟢 Monthly salary: 1630 – 1850 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

  • 5 days a week, 8–10 hours in 2 shifts;
  • First shift: 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.;
  • Second shift: 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.;
  • Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
  • Overtime is possible by agreement;
  • Monthly working hours: 180 – 200 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

  • Packaging chocolate products (bars, tiles, candies, etc.);
  • Checking for defects and compliance with quality standards;
  • Marking and labeling packages;
  • Sorting products by type and size;
  • Maintaining order in the workplace;
  • Compliance with sanitary and safety regulations.

🏠 Accommodation:

  • The cost of accommodation is partially covered by the employer (utility bills are paid by the employee);
  • Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2–3 people per room);
  • Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
  • Conditions: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
  • Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
  • Utilities: to 120 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
