Shoe packer for a warehouse in Romania (Bucharest)

🏢 A large warehouse complex for shoe distribution is inviting men, women, and couples to apply for a packer position. The work is easy, clean, and in a stable European company with comfortable working conditions, the possibility of extra work, and bonuses for productivity.

📜 We offer two official employment formats, depending on your situation:

1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payment without delays;
   ✅ Official registration in accordance with the labor code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and contributions;
   ✅ Legal protection for employees;
   ✅ Business trip to Romania.
2. Contract individual de muncă (direct Romanian employment contract):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payment without delays;
   ✅ Official registration in accordance with the Romanian Labor Code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and contributions;
   ✅ Legal protection for the employee;
   ✅ Prospect of long-term employment and residence in Romania.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 10.62 EUR/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 2080 – 2570 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 8.50 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 1665 – 2055 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 – 6 days a week, 8 – 10 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Monthly working hours: 190 – 230 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging and sorting shoes by type and size;
• Checking products for integrity and compliance with quality standards;
• Marking and labeling packages;
• Picking orders and preparing them for shipment;
• Maintaining cleanliness and compliance with sanitary standards in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of accommodation is partially covered by the employer (utilities are paid by the employee);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2-3 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Amenities: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
• Utilities: 100 to 120 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
