📜 We offer two official employment formats, depending on your situation:

1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payment without delays;
   ✅ Official registration in accordance with the labor code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and contributions;
   ✅ Legal protection for employees;
   ✅ Business trip to France.
2. Contratto di lavoro diretto in Italia (direct French employment contract):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payment without delays;
   ✅ Official registration in accordance with the French Labor Code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and social contributions in accordance with French law;
   ✅ Full medical and social insurance;
   ✅ Protection of employee rights in accordance with French labor law;
   ✅ Opportunity for long-term employment, obtaining a residence permit, and living in France.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 19.37 EUR/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 3175 – 3830 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 15.50 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 2540 – 3065 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5–6 days a week, 8 hours per day in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Monthly working hours: 160 – 190 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging various goods for Amazon;
• Checking products for packaging integrity and compliance with quality standards;
• Sorting products by category, weight, and date of arrival;
• Labeling, sticking labels, preparing for shipment;
• Compliance with sanitation and cleanliness standards in the workplace;
• Work in a clean, dry, and temperature-controlled environment.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of accommodation is partially covered by the employer (utility costs are paid by the employee);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2-3 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Conditions: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
• Utilities: up to 120 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
