1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payment without delays;
   ✅ Official employment in accordance with the labor code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and contributions;
   ✅ Legal protection for the employee;
   ✅ Business trip to Denmark.
2. Ansættelseskontrakt (direct employment contract in Denmark):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payment without delays;
   ✅ Official registration in accordance with Danish labor law;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and social contributions in accordance with Danish law;
   ✅ Full medical and social insurance;
   ✅ Protection of employee rights in accordance with Danish law;
   ✅ Possibility of long-term employment, obtaining a CPR number, and residence in Denmark.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 25.60 EUR/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 4660 – 5225 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 20.50 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 3730 – 4180 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 – 6 days a week, 8 – 10 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Monthly workload: 180 – 200 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packing shoes into boxes and preparing them for shipment;
• Checking the integrity and quality of products;
• Sorting shoes by model, size, and item number;
• Marking, labeling, preparing for shipment;
• Compliance with safety and cleanliness standards in the workplace;
• Working in a clean and organized warehouse.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of accommodation is partially covered by the employer (utility costs are paid by the employee);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2-3 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Conditions: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
• Utilities: from 120 to 200 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
