1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):

   ✅ Business trip to Denmark.
2. Ansættelseskontrakt (direct employment contract in Denmark):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payment without delays;
   ✅ Official registration in accordance with Danish labor law;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and social contributions in accordance with Danish law;
   ✅ Full medical and social insurance;
   ✅ Protection of employee rights in accordance with Danish law;
   ✅ Opportunity for long-term employment, obtaining a CPR number, and residence in Denmark.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 25.00 EUR/hour
   🔴 Monthly salary: 4275 – 5625 EUR/month
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 20.00 EUR/hour
   🟢 Monthly salary: 3420 – 4500 EUR/month

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 days a week, 8-12 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 06:00 – 14:00;
• Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Monthly working hours: 168 – 220 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging and sorting small auto parts;
• Checking the integrity and completeness of products;
• Labeling, sticking labels, and preparing for shipment;
• Sorting products by type, size, and item number;
• Compliance with safety and cleanliness standards in the warehouse;
• Working in a dry, clean, and organized environment.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The employer partially covers the cost of accommodation (utilities are paid by the employee);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2-3 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Conditions: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
• Utilities: from 100 to 200 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
