Napkin packer

🏢 A modern production and logistics center for packaging napkins in Trondheim is inviting men, women, and couples to apply for a position as a packer. Work in a stable European company with the opportunity for extra income, quality bonuses, and comfortable working conditions.

📜 Official employment under an Arbeidsavtale contract, which is governed by Norwegian labor law and provides for:

✅ Registration in accordance with Norwegian law;

✅ Increased payments for overtime, night and holiday hours;

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 30.00 EUR/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 5040 – 6000 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 22.00 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 3700 – 4400 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 – 6 days a week, 8 hours a day in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 06:00 – 14:00;
• Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Monthly working hours: 168–200 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging napkins and paper products;
• Checking products for integrity, completeness, and quality;
• Sorting products by type and item number;
• Labeling, sticking labels, preparing for shipment;
• Compliance with safety and cleanliness standards in the workplace;
• Work in a clean, dry, and controlled environment.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of accommodation is partially covered by the employer (utility costs are paid by the employee);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2-3 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Conditions: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
• Utilities: from 120 to 200 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
