📜 We offer two official employment formats, depending on your situation:

1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payment without delays;
   ✅ Official registration in accordance with the labor code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and contributions;
   ✅ Legal protection for employees;
   ✅ Business trip to Portugal.
2. Contrato de trabalho direto em Portugal (direct Portuguese employment contract):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payment without delays;
   ✅ Official registration in accordance with the Portuguese Labor Code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and social contributions in accordance with Portuguese law;
   ✅ Full medical and social insurance;
   ✅ Protection of employee rights in accordance with Portuguese labor law;
   ✅ Possibility of long-term employment, obtaining a residence permit, and living in Portugal.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 15.30 EUR/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 2750 – 3060 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 12.25 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 2205 – 2450 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 – 6 days a week, 8 – 10 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Monthly working hours: 180 – 200 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging and repackaging goods for supermarkets (food, household chemicals, household goods);
• Sorting by category and order;
• Preparing for shipment: palletizing, wrapping, checking;
• Checking for integrity and defects;
• Maintaining order in the warehouse and safety procedures.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The employer partially covers the cost of accommodation (utilities are paid by the employee);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2-3 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Conditions: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
• Utilities: from 50 to 130 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
