Coffee packer for a warehouse in Łódź (Poland)

🏢 A modern logistics center for the distribution of coffee products invites men, women, and couples to apply for the position of coffee packer. Work in a clean and warm warehouse with the possibility of overtime and monthly bonuses.

📜 Official employment under an Umowa zlecenie contract, which is regulated by Polish labor law and provides for:
✅ Timely payment of wages without delays;
✅ Registration in accordance with Polish law;
✅ Payment of all mandatory taxes and contributions;
✅ Possibility of bonuses and contract extension.

💶 Salary:

🔴 1. Before taxes (gross):
💶 Hourly rate: 36.50 zł/hour (8.65 €/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: from 300 to 700 PLN/month (71 – 166 €/month)
💰 Monthly salary: 7,600 – 9,500 PLN/month (1,800 – 2,250 €/month)

🟢 2. After taxes (net):
💶 Hourly rate: PLN 31.03/hour (€7.35/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: PLN 255 to PLN 595/month (€60 to €141/month)
💰 Monthly salary: PLN 6,460–8,075/month (€1,531–1,914/month)

🟢 3. For students under 26 (tax benefits):
💶 Hourly rate (net): PLN 36.50/hour (€8.65/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums (net): from 300 to 700 PLN/month (71 – 166 EUR/month)
💰 Monthly salary (net): 7,600 – 9,500 PLN/month (1,800 – 2,250 EUR/month)

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 days a week, 8-12 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime: possible by prior agreement;
• Monthly workload: 200-240 hours per month.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging whole bean and ground coffee;
• Checking packaging integrity and expiration dates;
• Labeling, marking, and sorting orders;
• Compliance with sanitary standards and order in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:

• Free (only utilities are paid: 200-400 zł/month);
• Rooms: 2 people/couples — together;
• Amenities: beds, bedding, appliances, Wi-Fi;
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Shops and pharmacies nearby, walk or take the company bus to work.
