Cosmetics packer for a warehouse in Łódź (Poland)

🏢 A modern logistics center for the distribution of cosmetics and perfumes is inviting men, women, and couples to apply for a cosmetics packer position. Work in a clean and warm warehouse with comfortable conditions, the possibility of extra work, and monthly bonuses for productivity and responsibility.

📜 Official employment under an Umowa zlecenie contract, which is regulated by Polish labor law and provides for:
✅ Timely payment of wages without delays;
✅ Registration in accordance with Polish law;
✅ Payment of all mandatory taxes and contributions;
✅ Possibility of bonuses and contract extension.

💶 Salary:

🔴 1. Before taxes (gross):
💶 Hourly rate: 37.00 zł/hour (8.77 €/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: from 400 to 800 PLN/month (95 – 190 €/month)
💰 Monthly salary: 7,800 – 9,680 PLN/month (1,850 – 2,300 €/month)

🟢 2. After taxes (net):
💶 Hourly rate: PLN 31.45/hour (€7.45/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: PLN 340 to PLN 680/month (€80 to €160/month)
💰 Monthly salary: PLN 6,630–8,228/month (€1,571–1,950/month)

🟢 3. For students under 26 (tax benefits):
💶 Hourly rate (net): PLN 37.00/hour (€8.77/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums (net): from 400 to 800 PLN/month (95 – 190 EUR/month)
💰 Monthly salary (net): 7,800 – 9,680 PLN/month (1,850 – 2,300 EUR/month)

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 days a week, 8-12 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime: possible by prior agreement;
• Monthly workload: 200-240 hours per month.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging and sorting cosmetics (creams, shampoos, decorative cosmetics);
• Checking the tightness and quality of packaging;
• Labeling, marking, and completing orders;
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:

• Free (only utilities are paid: 200-400 zł/month);
• Rooms: 2 people/couples — together;
• Conditions: beds, bedding, appliances, Wi-Fi;
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Shops and pharmacies nearby, walk or take the company bus to work.
