📜 Official employment under an Umowa zlecenie contract, which is regulated by Polish labor law and provides for:

✅ Registration in accordance with Polish law;
✅ Payment of all mandatory taxes and contributions;

💶 Salary:

🔴 1. Before taxes (gross):
💶 Hourly rate: 37.00 zł/hour (8.77 €/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: from 400 to 800 zł/month (95 – 190 €/month)
💰 Monthly salary: 7,430 – 9,310 PLN/month (1,761 – 2,206 EUR/month)

🟢 2. After taxes (net):
💶 Hourly rate: 31.45 PLN/hour (7.45 EUR/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: from 340 to 680 PLN/month (80 – 160 EUR/month)
💰 Monthly salary: 6,316 – 7,914 PLN/month (1,500 – 1,875 EUR/month)

🟢 3. For students under 26 (tax benefits):
💶 Hourly rate (net): PLN 37.00/hour (€8.77/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums (net): PLN 400 to 800/month (€95 to €190/month)
💰 Monthly salary (net): PLN 7,430 – 9,310/month (€1,761 – 2,206/month)

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 – 6 days a week, 8 – 10 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime: possible by prior agreement;
• Monthly workload: 190-230 hours per month.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging and sorting cosmetic products (creams, perfumes, shampoos, decorative cosmetics, etc.);
• Checking the quality and integrity of packaging;
• Labeling, marking, and completing orders;
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:

• Free (only utilities are paid: 200–400 zł/month);
• Rooms: 2 people/couples — together;
• Conditions: beds, bedding, appliances, Wi-Fi;
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Shops and pharmacies nearby, walk or take the company bus to work.
