Packager of children’s toys for a warehouse in Poznań (Poland)

🏢 A modern logistics center for the distribution of children’s toys invites men, women, and couples to apply for a packing job. Work in a clean and warm warehouse with the possibility of extra work and monthly bonuses.

📜 Official employment under an Umowa zlecenie contract, which is regulated by Polish labor law and provides for:
✅ Timely payment of wages without delays;
✅ Registration in accordance with Polish law;
✅ Payment of all mandatory taxes and contributions;
✅ Possibility of bonuses and contract extension.

💶 Salary:

🔴 1. Before taxes (gross):
💶 Hourly rate: 37.50 zł/hour (8.88 €/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: up to 800 zł/month (up to 190 €/month)
💰 Monthly salary: 7,600 – 9,700 PLN/month (1,800 – 2,300 EUR/month)

🟢 2. After taxes (net):
💶 Hourly rate: 31.88 PLN/hour (7.55 EUR/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: up to 680 PLN/month (up to 161 EUR/month)
💰 Monthly salary: 6,460 – 8,245 PLN/month (1,530 – 1,953 EUR/month)

🟢 3. For students under 26 (tax benefits):
💶 Hourly rate (net): PLN 37.50/hour (€8.88/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums (net): up to PLN 800/month (up to €190/month)
💰 Monthly salary (net): PLN 7,600–9,700/month (€1,800–2,300/month)

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5–6 days a week, 8–12 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime: possible by prior agreement;
• Monthly workload: 200-240 hours per month.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging children’s toys, sets, soft and plastic products;
• Quality control and product assembly;
• Labeling, marking, and sorting finished orders;
• Preparing boxes for shipment;
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:

• Free (only utilities are paid: 200–400 zł/month);
• Rooms: 2 people/couples — together;
• Conditions: beds, bedding, appliances, Wi-Fi;
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Shops and pharmacies nearby, walk or take the company bus to work.
