Nike branded clothing packer for a warehouse in Prague (Czech Republic)

🏢 A large warehouse complex for the distribution of branded clothing invites men, women, and couples to apply for the position of packer. Light and clean work in a modern facility with official employment and stable employment.

📜 Official employment under a Pracovní smlouva (HPP) contract, which is regulated by Czech labor law and provides for:
✅ Timely payment of wages without delays;
✅ Registration in accordance with Czech law;
✅ Payment of all mandatory taxes and contributions;
✅ Increased pay for overtime, night shifts, holidays, and vacation.

💶 Salary:

🔴 Before taxes (gross):
💶 Hourly rate: CZK 275/hour (EUR 11.20/hour);
💸 Productivity bonus: up to CZK 6,250/month (up to EUR 257/month);
💰 Monthly salary (including overtime): CZK 54,000–64,000/month (EUR 2,218–2,528/month).

🟢 After taxes (net):
💶 Hourly rate: CZK 220/hour (EUR 9.00/hour);
💸 Productivity bonus: up to CZK 5,000/month (up to EUR 205/month);
💰 Monthly salary (including overtime): CZK 43,200 – 51,200/month (EUR 1,770 – 2,095/month).

📈 Additional payments in accordance with the Czech Labor Code:

• Overtime hours: +25% to the base rate;
• Overtime shifts (on weekends/holidays): +100% (double pay);
• Vacation and sick leave are paid according to the established rules of the employment contract.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5–6 days a week, 8 hours per day in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime — by agreement;
• Average working hours: 180–200 hours per month.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging and sorting Nike brand clothing (T-shirts, sneakers, tracksuits, accessories);
• Checking product quality and compliance;
• Labeling, marking, and completing orders;
• Preparing shipments;
• Maintaining order in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:

• Free housing (utility costs: 1500–2000 CZK/month deducted from salary);
• Accommodation in rooms for 2 people / couples are placed together;
• Conditions: beds, bed linen, household appliances, Wi-Fi;
