Public Offer – Preparation of Letter of Recommendation
This document constitutes a public offer by RTW AGENCY Sp. z o.o., a company duly incorporated and operating under the laws of the Republic of Poland (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”), and is addressed to any natural person ordering the service of preparation of a letter of recommendation (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).
Payment for the Service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this public offer.
1. NATURE OF THE SERVICE
1.1. The Service Provider provides the Client with a service consisting of the preparation of a letter of recommendation intended for use in the process of coordinating the Client’s candidacy with an employer.
1.2. The letter of recommendation is issued on behalf of the Service Provider and is used by the employer as part of its internal preliminary candidate assessment procedure aimed at confirming the candidate’s reliability and suitability for a specific project or vacancy.
1.3. The Service consists solely in the preparation of an official letter of recommendation on the basis of data provided by the Client and does not constitute an employment service nor a guarantee of the Client’s acceptance or employment. The final decision on employment is made by the employer and is beyond the control of the Service Provider.
2. SCOPE OF THE SERVICE
2.1. As part of the Service, the Service Provider:
- — analyzes the data provided by the Client, including information on professional experience and skills (if available);
- — assesses the Client’s profile in relation to the requirements of a specific project or vacancy;
- — prepares the text of the letter of recommendation taking into account the provided data and the employer’s request;
- — issues the document on behalf of the Service Provider using its company name and business reputation;
- — adapts the document to the required format and language;
- — certifies the document with the electronic signature of an authorized representative of the Service Provider;
- — assigns an individual document number and a verification code;
- — performs a final verification of the document.
2.2. The result of the Service is a properly prepared letter of recommendation delivered to the Client in electronic form.
2.3. Delivery of the letter of recommendation to the employer shall be carried out:
- — either by the Client independently;
- — by the Service Provider — subject to the Client’s consent or within the framework of an agreed project.
3. SERVICE PROVISION PROCEDURE
3.1. In order to commence the Service, the Client shall provide the Service Provider with the data required for preparation of the letter of recommendation, either by completing a questionnaire or by transmitting the information to the Service Provider’s representative in electronic form (including via messengers or email).
3.2. The Client confirms that all information provided is accurate, up to date, and sufficient for the preparation of the document.
3.3. The Service Provider shall commence performance of the Service upon receipt of the required data and confirmation of payment.
4. PRICE AND PAYMENT
4.1. The price of the Service is indicated on the payment page and in official communication with the Service Provider’s representative.
4.2. The price of the Service is determined based on the scope and nature of the work performed, as well as the use of the Service Provider’s business reputation in issuing the document.
4.3. Payment for the Service shall be made using the official payment details of the Service Provider.
4.4. The Agreement shall be deemed concluded automatically at the moment payment is made.
5. REFUND POLICY
5.1. The Service shall be deemed fully rendered at the moment the letter of recommendation is delivered to the Client in electronic form.
5.2. At the same time, the Service Provider is interested in the Client’s successful commencement of employment and voluntarily provides the following bonus condition:
- — If the Client actually completes at least 30 (thirty) calendar days of work with the agreed employer, the Service Provider shall refund 100% of the Service price using the same payment method.
5.3. Such refund shall not be considered an acknowledgment of non-performance of the Service and shall not affect the fact that the Service was duly rendered.
6. PERSONAL DATA
6.1. The Service Provider processes the Client’s personal data exclusively for the purpose of providing the Service of preparing a letter of recommendation.
6.2. Within the candidate coordination procedure, the Client’s personal data may be transferred to the employer.
6.3. Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the applicable legislation of the European Union (GDPR) and the Service Provider’s Privacy Policy.
7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.1. The Service Provider is responsible for the proper preparation and formal correctness of the letter of recommendation in accordance with the terms of this public offer.
7.2. The Service Provider provides services as an independent HR partner and is not the Client’s employer, nor is it a party to the employment relationship between the Client and the employer.
7.3. Decisions made by the employer regarding the Client’s candidacy, including hiring, changing the terms of employment, or refusing to hire, are not controlled by the Service Provider and cannot be considered an indicator of the quality of the service provided.
7.4. A request by the employer for additional documents cannot be considered an indicator of improper service provision, as the employer’s requirements may change during the approval process.
7.5. The Service Provider does not influence and is not responsible for the employer’s decisions made based on the results of the review of the Client’s candidacy.
8. ELECTRONIC FORM AND EVIDENCE
8.1. This Agreement is concluded in electronic form and does not require a handwritten signature.
8.2. Proof of payment, transfer of source data by the Client, preparation and delivery of the letter of recommendation, as well as electronic correspondence between the Parties, shall constitute sufficient evidence of proper performance of the Service.
8.3. In the event of any discrepancies between language versions of this public offer, the English version shall prevail.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
9.1. The Parties shall endeavor to resolve all disputes and disagreements through negotiations.
9.2. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland, at the place of registration of the Service Provider.

This Public Offer constitutes a legally binding agreement upon payment.
