Packager of Adidas brand clothing for a warehouse in Prague (Czech Republic)

🏢 An international logistics center specializing in warehouse processing of Adidas brand clothing is inviting men, women, and couples to apply for a packaging position. Stable employment with official registration, the possibility of overtime, and bonuses for diligence.

📜 Official employment under a Pracovní smlouva (HPP) contract, which is regulated by Czech labor law and provides for:

✅ Registration in accordance with Czech law; :
✅ Payment of all mandatory taxes and contributions;:
✅ Increased pay for overtime, night shifts, holidays, and vacation.

💶 Salary:

🔴 Before taxes (gross):
💶 Hourly rate: CZK 275/hour (EUR 11.25/hour);
📆 Average working hours: 200–240 hours/month;
💰 Monthly salary (including overtime): 57,750 – 66,000 CZK/month (2,365 – 2,700 EUR/month).

🟢 After taxes (net):
💶 Hourly rate: 220 CZK/hour (9.00 EUR/hour);
📆 Average working hours: 200–240 hours/month;
💰 Monthly salary (including overtime): CZK 46,200–57,200/month (EUR 1,890–2,340/month).

📈 Additional payments in accordance with the Czech Labor Code:

• Overtime hours: +25% to the base rate;
• Overtime shifts (on weekends/holidays): +100% (double pay);
• Vacation and sick leave are paid according to the established rules of the employment contract.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5–6 days a week, 8–12 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime – by agreement;
• Average working hours: 200–240 hours per month.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packing, sorting, and completing orders for branded clothing;
• Checking products for compliance and quality;
• Labeling, marking, and preparing for shipment;
• Maintaining standards of cleanliness and order.

🏠 Accommodation:

• Free accommodation (utility costs: up to CZK 2,000/month deducted from salary);
• Accommodation in rooms for 2 people / couples are placed together;
• Facilities: beds, bed linen, household appliances, Wi-Fi;
