Book packer for a warehouse in Rotterdam (Netherlands)

🏢 BoekenBalie, the largest online platform in the Netherlands and Belgium specializing in buying and selling books, is looking to fill a book packer position at its warehouse in Rotterdam (Netherlands).

📜 We offer two official employment formats, depending on your situation:

1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payment without delays;
   ✅ Official employment in accordance with the labor code;

   ✅ Business trip to the Netherlands.
2. Tijdelijk contract (direct Dutch employment contract):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payment without delays;
   ✅ Official registration in accordance with the labor code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and contributions;
   ✅ Legal protection for employees;
   ✅ Prospect of long-term employment and residence in the Netherlands.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: EUR 22.50/hour
   🔴 Monthly salary: 3,600 – 4,275 EUR/month
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 16.20 EUR/hour
   🟢 Monthly salary: 2,592 – 3,078 EUR/month

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5–6 days a week, 8 hours per day in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime is possible by prior agreement;
• Monthly working hours: 160–190 hours

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packing books and magazines into boxes;
• Quality control of packaging, labeling;
• Order picking;
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

🏠 Accommodation:

• Housing costs are covered by the employer;
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room for 2–3 rooms;
• Amenities: beds with mattresses, new furniture, appliances, Wi-Fi;
• Location: near the workplace or free shuttle provided;
• Utilities: from 75 EUR to 150 EUR per month (deducted from salary).
