Clothing packer in Portugal (Lisbon)

📜 We offer two official employment contracts, depending on your situation:

1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payments without delays;
   ✅ Official employment contract in accordance with the labor code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and contributions;
   ✅ Legal protection for employees;
   ✅ Business trips to Portugal.
2. Contrato de trabalho direto em Portugal (direct Portuguese employment contract):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payments without delays;
   ✅ Official registration in accordance with the Portuguese labor code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and social contributions in accordance with Portuguese law;
   ✅ Full medical and social insurance;
   ✅ Protection of employee rights in accordance with Portuguese labor law;
   ✅ Possibility of long-term employment, obtaining a residence permit, and living in Portugal.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 15.90 EUR/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 2750 – 3337 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 12.75 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 2200 – 2670 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 days a week, 8–12 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 06:00 – 14:00;
• Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Monthly working hours: 168 – 200 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging of clothing (T-shirts, pants, dresses, jackets, etc.);
• Checking the integrity, cleanliness, and completeness of products;
• Sorting by type, size, and item number;
• Labeling, sticking labels, preparing for shipment;
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace;
• Compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of accommodation is partially covered by the employer (utilities are paid by the employee);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2-3 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Conditions: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
• Utilities: from 60 to 120 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
