Clothing packer in the UK (Birmingham)

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: £24.00/hour
   🔴 Monthly salary: £4,640–£5,420/month
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: £20.00/hour
   🟢 Monthly salary: £3,850–£4,500/month

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5–6 days a week, 8-10 hours per day in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 06:00 – 14:00;
• Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Monthly workload: 190–220 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging various clothing items;
• Checking products for integrity, quality, and compliance with orders;
• Sorting by category, size, and item number;
• Labeling, sticking labels, and preparing for shipment;
• Maintaining order and compliance with safety standards in the warehouse.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of accommodation is partially covered by the employer (utilities are paid by the employee);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2–3 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Conditions: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
• Utilities: to 180 GBP/month (deducted from salary).
