Coffee packer in Sweden (Stockholm)

2. Anställningsavtal direkt i Sverige (direct employment contract in Sweden):

   ✅ Official registration in accordance with Swedish labor law;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and social contributions in accordance with Swedish law;
   ✅ Full medical and social insurance;
   ✅ Protection of employee rights in accordance with Swedish law;
   ✅ Possibility of long-term employment, obtaining a personnummer, and residence in Sweden.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 25.00 EUR/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 4050 – 4850 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 20.00 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 3240 – 3880 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 days a week, 8–10 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Monthly working hours: 160–190 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging and repackaging of coffee (beans, ground, capsules) and related products;
• Checking products for packaging integrity and order compliance;
• Marking goods for shipment;
• Sorting and placing packages in storage areas;
• Preparing orders for shipment, forming pallets;
• Compliance with safety and cleanliness standards in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of accommodation is partially covered by the employer (utility bills are paid by the employee);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2-3 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Conditions: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
• Utilities: from 100 to 200 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
