Coffee packer in Norway (Bergen)

📜 Official employment under an Arbeidsavtale contract, which is governed by Norwegian labor law and provides for:

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 29.60 EUR/hour
   🔴 Monthly salary: 5035 – 6025 EUR/month
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 21.50 EUR/hour
   🟢 Monthly salary: 3660 – 4380 EUR/month

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 days a week, 8–12 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Monthly working hours: 168–200 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging and repackaging coffee (beans, ground, capsules) and related products;
• Checking the integrity of packaging and compliance with quality standards;
• Marking goods for shipment;
• Sorting and placing packages in storage areas;
• Preparing orders for shipment and forming pallets;
• Compliance with safety and cleanliness standards in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of accommodation is partially covered by the employer (utility bills are paid by the employee);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2–3 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Conditions: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
• Utilities: from 100 to 200 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
