📜 Official employment under an Umowa zlecenie contract, which is regulated by Polish labor law and provides for:

✅ Employment under Polish law;

💶 Salary:

🔴 1. Before taxes (gross):
💶 Hourly rate: 37.00 zł/hour (8.77 €/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: from 500 to 1,000 PLN/month (119–237 €/month)
💰 Monthly salary: 7,530–9,140 PLN/month (1,785–2,167 €/month)

🟢 2. After taxes (net):
💶 Hourly rate: PLN 31.45/hour (€7.46/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: PLN 425 to PLN 850/month (€100 – €200/month)
💰 Monthly salary: PLN 6,086–7,770/month (€1,443–1,842/month)

🟢 3. For students under 26 (tax benefits):
💶 Hourly rate (net): PLN 37.00/hour (€8.77/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums (net): from 500 to 1,000 PLN/month (119–237 EUR/month)
💰 Monthly salary (net): 7,530–9,140 PLN/month (1,785–2,167 EUR/month)

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 days a week, 8–10 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 × 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime is possible, but only on a voluntary basis;
• Monthly workload: 190–220 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging and packing coffee products (beans, capsules, ground coffee);
• Quality control and expiration date checks;
• Labeling, sticking labels, and forming batches;
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:

• Free (only utilities are paid: 250–450 zł/month);
• Accommodation for 3 people per room, separate rooms are allocated for couples;
• In the accommodation: furniture, bedding, appliances, internet;
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, laundry room;
• Corporate transport to the warehouse, supermarket and pharmacy nearby.
