Coffee packer for a warehouse in Prague (Czech Republic)

🏢 We are looking for employees to pack coffee at one of the largest international logistics centers in Prague. The job offers official employment, the possibility of overtime, and bonuses for diligence. Join our team!

📜 Official employment under a Pracovní smlouva (HPP) contract, which is governed by Czech labor law and provides for:
✅ Timely payment of wages without delays;
✅ Registration in accordance with Czech law;
✅ Payment of all mandatory taxes and contributions;
✅ Increased pay for overtime, night shifts, holidays, and vacation days.

💶 Salary:

🔴 Before taxes (gross):
💶 Hourly rate: CZK 265/hour (EUR 11.00/hour);
📆 Average working hours: 200–240 hours/month;
💰 Monthly salary (including overtime): CZK 55,650–68,900/month (EUR 2,300–2,840/month).

🟢 After taxes (net):
💶 Hourly rate: CZK 212/hour (EUR 8.74/hour);
📆 Average working hours: 200–240 hours/month;
💰 Monthly salary (including overtime): CZK 44,520–55,120/month (EUR 1,835–2,272/month).

📈 Additional payments in accordance with the Czech Labor Code:
Overtime hours: +25% to the base rate;
Overtime shifts (on weekends/holidays): +100% (double pay);
Vacation and sick leave are paid according to the established rules of the employment contract.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5–6 days a week, 8–12 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime — by agreement;
• Average working hours: 200–240 hours per month.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging coffee in packaging materials;
• Sorting and picking orders;
• Checking the quality of packaging and products;
• Preparing products for shipment;
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:

• Free accommodation (utility costs: up to CZK 2,000/month deducted from salary);
• Accommodation in rooms for 2 people / couples are placed together;
• Conditions: beds, bed linen, household appliances, Wi-Fi;
