1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):

2. Contrat à durée déterminée – CDD (direct Belgian employment contract):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payment without delays;
   ✅ Official registration in accordance with the labor code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and contributions;
   ✅ Legal protection for the employee;
   ✅ Prospect of long-term employment and residence in Belgium.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 23.75 EUR/hour
   🔴 Monthly salary: 3 800 – 4 750 EUR/month
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 17.10 EUR/hour
   🟢 Monthly salary: 2 736 – 3 420 EUR/month

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 days a week, 8 hours a day in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 06:00 – 14:00;
• Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime is possible by prior agreement;
• Monthly workload: 160-200 hours per month.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging and sorting cosmetic products (creams, shampoos, perfumes, etc.);
• Checking the quality and tightness of packaging;
• Labeling, marking, and completing orders;
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:

• Free (only utilities are paid: 50–150 EUR/month);
• Rooms: 2 people per room / couples — together;
• Conditions: beds, bedding, household appliances, Wi-Fi;
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Shops, pharmacies, and transport stops nearby;
• Walk or take the company bus to work.
