Cosmetics packager in Switzerland (Neuchâtel)

📜 Official employment under a Schweizer Arbeitsvertrag contract, which is governed by the Swiss Labor Code (Obligationenrecht, ArG) and provides:

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 27.18 EUR/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 4100 – 5120 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 21.75 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 3300 – 4200 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 days a week, 8-10 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 06:00 – 14:00;
• Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Monthly working hours: 160–200 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging cosmetic products (creams, shampoos, decorative cosmetics, etc.);
• Checking packaging for compliance with quality standards;
• Marking, labeling, and sorting finished products;
• Working with various packaging formats (boxes, blisters, tubes);
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace;
• Compliance with sanitary and safety regulations.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The employer partially covers the cost of accommodation (utilities are paid by the employee);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2–3 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Conditions: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
• Utilities: to 200 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
