Cosmetics packer in Croatia (Zagreb)

📜 We offer two official employment contracts, depending on your situation:

1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payments without delays;
   ✅ Official employment contract in accordance with the labor code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and contributions;
   ✅ Legal protection for employees;
   ✅ Business trip to Croatia.
2. Direkter kroatischer Arbeitsvertrag (direct Croatian employment contract):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payment without delays;
   ✅ Official registration in accordance with the Croatian Labor Code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and social contributions in accordance with Croatian law;
   ✅ Full medical and social insurance;
   ✅ Protection of employee rights in accordance with Croatian labor law;
   ✅ Possibility of long-term employment, obtaining a residence permit and living in Croatia.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 12.20 EUR/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 2275 – 2585 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 9.75 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 1820 – 2070 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5–6 days a week, 8 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Monthly working hours: 180 – 200 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging of cosmetic products (creams, lotions, mascara, lipsticks, etc.);
• Checking the integrity and completeness of packages;
• Sorting products by category and type;
• Labeling and sticking labels on finished products;
• Preparing products for shipment;
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace;
• Compliance with sanitary standards and safety regulations.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of accommodation is partially covered by the employer (utility bills are paid by the employee);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2-3 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Conditions: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
• Utilities: from 50 to 150 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
