Cosmetics packer in Denmark (Forup)

1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):

   ✅ Business trips to Denmark.
2. Ansættelseskontrakt (direct employment contract in Denmark):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payments without delays;
   ✅ Official registration in accordance with Danish labor law;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and social security contributions in accordance with Danish law;
   ✅ Full medical and social insurance;
   ✅ Protection of employee rights in accordance with Danish law;
   ✅ Possibility of long-term employment, obtaining a CPR number and residence in Denmark.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: EUR 27.20/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: EUR 4,400–5,300/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: EUR 21.75/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: EUR 3,520–4,240/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 days a week, 8–10 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Monthly working hours: 160 – 190 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging cosmetic products (bottles, tubes, jars, etc.);
• Quality control and integrity of packaging;
• Sorting by product type and article number;
• Labeling, sticking, preparation for shipment;
• Compliance with safety and cleanliness standards in the workplace;
• Work in a dry, clean, and well-equipped room.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The employer covers part of the cost of accommodation (utilities are paid by the employee);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2-3 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Conditions: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
• Utilities: from 100 to 200 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
