Cosmetics packer for a warehouse in Gdańsk (Poland)

🏢 A modern logistics center for the distribution of cosmetic products invites men, women, and couples to apply for a position as a cosmetics packer. Work in a stable company with the possibility of extra work and monthly bonuses.

📜 Official employment under an Umowa zlecenie contract, which is regulated by Polish labor law and provides for:
✅ Timely payment of wages without delays;
✅ Registration in accordance with Polish law;
✅ Payment of all mandatory taxes and contributions;
✅ Possibility of bonuses and contract extension.

💶 Salary:

🔴 1. Before taxes (gross):
💶 Hourly rate: 37.00 zł/hour (8.77 €/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: up to 700 zł/month (up to 166 €/month)
💰 Monthly salary: 7,400 – 9,580 PLN/month (1,753 – 2,270 EUR/month)

🟢 2. After taxes (net):
💶 Hourly rate: 31.45 PLN/hour (7.45 EUR/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: up to 600 PLN/month (up to 142 EUR/month)
💰 Monthly salary: 6,300 – 8,143 PLN/month (1,500 – 1,930 EUR/month)

🟢 3. For students under 26 (tax benefits):
💶 Hourly rate (net): PLN 37.00/hour (€8.77/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums (net): up to PLN 700/month (up to €166/month)
💰 Monthly salary (net): PLN 7,400 – 9,580/month (€1,753 – €2,270/month)

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 days a week, 8-12 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime: possible by prior agreement;
• Monthly workload: 200-240 hours per month.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging and sorting cosmetic products (creams, shampoos, decorative cosmetics);
• Checking the tightness of packaging and the integrity of products;
• Sticking labels, marking, and completing orders;
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:

• Free (only utilities are paid: 320–460 zł/month);
• Rooms: 2 people per room / couples — together;
• Conditions: beds, bedding, appliances, Wi-Fi;
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Shops and pharmacies nearby, walk or take the company bus to work.
