📜 Official employment under an Umowa zlecenie contract, which is regulated by Polish labor law and provides for:

💶 Salary:

🔴 1. Before taxes (gross):
💶 Hourly rate: 37.00 zł/hour (8.77 €/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: from 300 to 700 PLN/month (from 71 to 166 €/month)
💰 Monthly salary: 7,330 – 9,580 PLN/month (1,738 – 2,271 €/month)

🟢 2. After taxes (net):
💶 Hourly rate: PLN 31.45/hour (€7.46/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: PLN 255 to PLN 595/month (€60 to €141/month)
💰 Monthly salary: PLN 6,231 – 8,143/month (€1,477 – 1,931/month)

🟢 3. For students under 26 (tax benefits):
💶 Hourly rate (net): PLN 37.00/hour (€8.77/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums (net): PLN 300 to 700/month (€71 to €166/month)
💰 Monthly salary (net): PLN 7,330 – 9,580/month (€1,738 – 2,271/month)

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5-6 days a week, 8-10 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime: possible by prior agreement;
• Monthly workload: 190-240 hours per month.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging and sorting cosmetic products (creams, shampoos, deodorants, sets);
• Checking the tightness of packaging and the integrity of products;
• Labeling, marking, and completing orders;
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:

• Free (only utilities are paid: 250–420 zł/month);
• Rooms: 2 people/couples — together;
• Conditions: beds, bedding, appliances, Wi-Fi;
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Shops and pharmacies nearby, walk or take the company bus to work.
