Cosmetics packer in Prague (Czech Republic)

🏢 A large international logistics center invites men, women, and couples to apply for a position as a cosmetics packager. Stable work with official employment, the possibility of overtime, and bonuses for diligence.

📜 Official employment under a Pracovní smlouva (HPP) contract, which is governed by Czech labor law and provides for:
✅ Timely payment of wages without delays;
✅ Registration under Czech law;
✅ Payment of all mandatory taxes and contributions;
✅ Increased pay for overtime, night shifts, holidays, and vacation.

💶 Salary:

🔴 Before taxes (gross):
💶 Hourly rate: CZK 205/hour (EUR 8.22/hour);
💸 Productivity bonus: CZK 2,500 – 5,000/month (EUR 100 – 200/month);
💰 Monthly salary (including overtime): CZK 45,550 – 58,300/month (EUR 1,830 – 2,340/month).

🟢 After taxes (net):
💶 Hourly rate: CZK 164/hour (EUR 6.57/hour);
💸 Productivity bonus: CZK 2,000 – 4,000/month (EUR 80 – 160/month);
💰 Monthly salary (including overtime): CZK 36,440–46,640/month (€1,464–1,872/month).

📈 Additional payments in accordance with the Czech Labor Code:

• Overtime hours: +25% to the base rate;
• Overtime shifts (on weekends/holidays): +100% (double pay);
• Vacation and sick leave are paid according to the established rules of the employment contract.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5–6 days a week, 8–12 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime — by agreement;
• Average working hours: 200–240 hours per month.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging, sorting, and completing orders for cosmetic products;
• Checking products for compliance with quality and packaging standards;
• Labeling, marking, and preparing products for shipment;
• Maintaining standards of cleanliness and order in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:

• Free accommodation (utility costs: up to CZK 2,000/month deducted from salary);
• Accommodation in rooms for 2 people / couples are placed together;
