🏢 A modern food logistics center for packaging and packing baked goods is inviting men, women, and couples to apply for a position as croissant packers. The work is stable, in a clean and comfortable environment, with the possibility of extra work and bonuses for quality and accuracy.

📜 Official employment under an Umowa zlecenie contract, which is regulated by Polish labor law and provides for:
✅ Timely payment of wages without delays;
✅ Registration in accordance with Polish law;
✅ Payment of all mandatory taxes and contributions;
✅ Possibility of bonuses and contract extension.

💶 Salary:

🔴 1. Before taxes (gross):
💶 Hourly rate: 37.50 zł/hour (8.90 €/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: from 500 to 850 PLN/month (118–202 €/month)
💰 Monthly salary: 7,250–9,100 PLN/month (1,719–2,157 €/month)

🟢 2. After taxes (net):
💶 Hourly rate: PLN 31.88/hour (€7.56/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: PLN 425 to PLN 723/month (€100 – €171/month)
💰 Monthly salary: PLN 6,163 – 7,735/month (€1,461 – €1,834/month)

🟢 3. For students under 26 (tax benefits):
💶 Hourly rate (net): PLN 37.50/hour (€8.90/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums (net): PLN 500 to PLN 850/month (€118 to €202/month)
💰 Monthly salary (net): PLN 7,250 – 9,100/month (€1,719 – 2,157/month)

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5-6 days a week, 8 hours a day in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime: possible by prior agreement;
• Monthly workload: 180-220 hours per month.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging croissants and other baked goods according to company standards;
• Checking the quality and freshness of products;
• Labeling, marking, and assembling finished packages;
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace, complying with sanitary standards.

🏠 Accommodation:

• Free (only utilities are paid: 270–440 zł/month);
• Rooms: 2 people per room / couples — together;
• Amenities: beds, bedding, appliances, Wi-Fi;
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Shops and pharmacies nearby, walkable or accessible by company bus.
