Clothing packer at H&M in Sweden (Buro)

📜 We offer two official employment contracts, depending on your situation:

1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payments without delays;
   ✅ Official employment contract in accordance with the labor code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and contributions;
   ✅ Legal protection for employees;
   ✅ Business trips to Sweden.
2. Anställningsavtal direkt i Sverige (direct employment contract in Sweden):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payments without delays;
   ✅ Official registration in accordance with Swedish labor law;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and social security contributions in accordance with Swedish law;
   ✅ Full medical and social insurance;
   ✅ Protection of employee rights in accordance with Swedish law;
   ✅ Opportunity for long-term employment, obtaining a personnummer, and residence in Sweden.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 24.70 EUR/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 4150 – 4940 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 19.75 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 3320 – 3950 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 days a week, 8–12 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Monthly working hours: 168–200 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging products (H&M clothing, accessories, textiles, etc.);
• Checking the quality of packaging and completeness;
• Sorting by size, type, and item number;
• Labeling, sticking, preparation for shipment;
• Compliance with safety and cleanliness standards in the workplace;
• Work in a dry, clean, and well-equipped room.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of accommodation is partially covered by the employer (utility bills are paid by the employee);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2-3 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Conditions: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
• Utilities: from 120 to 200 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
