Packager of household goods for Ikea in Lithuania (Vilnius)

📜 We offer two official employment formats, depending on your situation:

1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payment without delays;
   ✅ Official registration in accordance with the labor code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and contributions;
   ✅ Legal protection for employees;
   ✅ Business trip to Lithuania.
2. Darbo sutartis (direct Lithuanian employment contract):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payment without delays;
   ✅ Official registration in accordance with the Lithuanian Labor Code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and social contributions;
   ✅ Legal protection of the employee in accordance with Lithuanian law;
   ✅ Prospect of long-term employment and residence in Lithuania.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 10.30 EUR/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 1850 – 2060 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 8.25 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 1480 – 1650 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 days a week, 8-10 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Monthly working hours: 180 – 200 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packing household goods (dishes, textiles, small furniture, accessories, etc.);
• Checking products for integrity and compliance with quality standards;
• Sorting by category, item number, and size;
• Labeling and preparing boxes for shipment;
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace;
• Compliance with safety regulations and internal rules.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of accommodation is partially covered by the employer (utilities are paid by the employee);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2–3 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Conditions: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
• Utilities: up to EUR 100/month (deducted from salary).
