Order picker for an online store warehouse in Germany

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 22.90 EUR/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 3720 – 4695 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 16.50 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 2680 – 3380 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 days a week, 8 – 10 hours per day;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.;
• Night shift: 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. (according to schedule)
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime possible by agreement;
• Monthly workload: 160–200 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Collect customer orders (clothing, shoes, accessories) according to invoices and scanner;
• Check goods for compliance and absence of defects;
• Packaging and preparing for shipment;
• Labeling and sorting by category;
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the warehouse;
• Compliance with safety rules.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of accommodation is partially covered by the employer;
• Accommodation: apartments, dormitories, hostels (2 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Amenities: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Location: close to the warehouse or free shuttle provided;
• Utilities: 70 – 140 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
