🏢 The world leader in the production of LEGO construction sets invites men, women, and couples to apply for a packaging position at a modern warehouse in Prague. The job offers official employment, the possibility of additional shifts, and bonuses for good performance.

📜 Official employment under a Pracovní smlouva (HPP) contract, which is governed by Czech labor law and provides for:
✅ Timely payment of wages without delays;
✅ Registration in accordance with Czech law;
✅ Payment of all mandatory taxes and contributions;
✅ Increased payments for overtime, night shifts, holidays, and vacation.

💶 Salary:

🔴 Before taxes (gross):
💶 Hourly rate: 250 CZK/hour (10.20 EUR/hour);
💸 Productivity bonus: 4,375 – 5,625 CZK/month (180 – 230 EUR/month);
💰 Monthly income (including overtime): 53,750 – 64,375 CZK/month (2,215 – 2,653 EUR/month).

🟢 After taxes (net):
💶 Hourly rate: 200 CZK/hour (8.25 EUR/hour);
💸 Productivity bonus: 3,500-4,500 CZK/month (143-184 EUR/month);
💰 Monthly income (including overtime): CZK 43,000–51,500/month (EUR 1,772–2,122/month).

📈 Additional payments under the Czech Labor Code:

• Overtime: +25% to the base rate;
• Weekends and holidays: +100% (double pay);
• Paid vacation and sick leave.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5–6 days a week, 8–10 hours a day, in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30-minute lunch break;
• Overtime — by agreement;
• Average working hours: 190–220 hours per month.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packing and sorting LEGO sets according to orders;
• Product quality control;
• Labeling and preparing goods for shipment;
• Maintaining cleanliness in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:

• Free accommodation (utilities: 1200 – 1800 CZK/month deducted from salary);
• Accommodation for 2 people per room, couples together;
• Available: beds, bed linen, household appliances, Wi-Fi;
• Shared kitchen, bathroom, and living room;
• Nearby: shops, pharmacies, bus stops; to work — on foot or by free shuttle.
