📜 We offer two official employment contracts, depending on your situation:

1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payments without delays;
   ✅ Official employment contract in accordance with the labor code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and contributions;
   ✅ Legal protection for employees;
   ✅ Business trips to Austria.
2. Direkter österreichischer Arbeitsvertrag (direct Austrian employment contract):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payments without delays;
   ✅ Official registration in accordance with the Austrian Labor Code (Kollektivvertrag);
   ✅ Payment of taxes and social security contributions in accordance with Austrian law;
   ✅ Full medical and social insurance;
   ✅ Protection of employee rights in accordance with Austrian labor law;
   ✅ Possibility of long-term employment, obtaining a residence permit and living in Austria.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 22.80 EUR/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 3875 – 4660 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 18.25 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 3100 – 3730 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 – 6 days a week, 8 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 06:00 – 14:00;
• Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Monthly working hours: 168–200 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging chocolate bars (Mars, Snickers, Twix, Milky Way, M&M’s);
• Checking products for defects and compliance with quality standards;
• Marking and labeling packages;
• Sorting products by type and batch;
• Maintaining order in the workplace;
• Compliance with sanitary and safety regulations.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of accommodation is partially covered by the employer (utilities are paid by the employee);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2–3 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Conditions: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
• Utilities: to 140 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
