Nespresso coffee packer in Switzerland (Advance)

🏢 A modern production and logistics center for packaging and sorting Nespresso products in the city of Avansh is inviting men, women, and couples to apply for a packaging position. Work in a stable European company with the possibility of additional work, quality bonuses, and comfortable working conditions.

📜 Official employment under a Schweizer Arbeitsvertrag contract, which is governed by the Swiss Labor Code (Obligationenrecht, ArG) and provides for:

✅ Payment of all mandatory taxes and contributions (AVS, ALV, Krankenversicherung, etc.);
✅ Increased pay for overtime, night work, and holidays;

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 27.18 EUR/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 4625 – 5287 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 21.75 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 3700 – 4230 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 – 6 days a week, 8 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 06:00 – 14:00;
• Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Monthly working hours: 168 – 190 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging coffee products (capsules, packages, sets);
• Checking the quality and integrity of packaging;
• Marking and labeling products;
• Sorting goods by type and series;
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace;
• Compliance with sanitary standards and safety regulations.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of accommodation is partially covered by the employer (utilities are paid by the employee);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2–3 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Conditions: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
• Utilities: from 125 to 200 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
