Order packer at the DHL warehouse in the Czech Republic (Brno)

🏢 International logistics company DHL invites men, women, and couples to apply for a warehouse order packer position. Stable employment with official registration, overtime opportunities, and bonuses for diligence.

📜 Official employment under a Pracovní smlouva (HPP) contract, which is regulated by Czech labor law and provides for:
✅ Timely payment of wages without delays;
✅ Registration in accordance with Czech law;
✅ Payment of all mandatory taxes and contributions;
✅ Increased pay for overtime, night shifts, holidays, and vacation.

💶 Salary:

🔴 Before taxes (gross):
💶 Hourly rate: CZK 268/hour (EUR 11.00/hour);
💸 Productivity bonus: CZK 5,000/month (EUR 205/month);
💰 Monthly salary (including overtime): CZK 52,200 – 68,160/month (EUR 2,145 – 2,800/month).

🟢 After taxes (net):
💶 Hourly rate: 215 CZK/hour (8.80 EUR/hour);
💸 Productivity bonus: up to 4000 CZK/month (up to 165 EUR/month);
💰 Monthly salary (including overtime): CZK 41,775 – 54,525/month (EUR 1,710 – 2,230/month).

📈 Additional payments in accordance with the Czech Labor Code:

• Overtime hours: +25% to the base rate;
• Shifts on weekends and holidays: +100% (double pay);
• Vacation and sick leave are paid according to the contract.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 days a week, 8–12 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Average working hours: 180–220 hours per month.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packing and sorting orders for shipment to customers;
• Checking the integrity and quality of products;
• Labeling, marking, and assembling boxes;
• Preparing batches for transport;
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:

• Free accommodation (utility costs: CZK 1500–1800/month deducted from salary);
• Rooms for 2 people / couples live together;
