Order packer at the DPD warehouse in the Czech Republic (Brno)

🏢 DPD International Courier Service invites men, women, and couples to apply for a position as order packers at a modern warehouse in Brno. Work in a warm environment with official employment, stable workload, and the possibility of extra work.

📜 Official employment under a Pracovní smlouva (HPP) contract, which is regulated by Czech labor law and provides for:
✅ Timely payment of wages without delays;
✅ Registration in accordance with Czech law;
✅ Payment of all mandatory taxes and contributions;
✅ Increased pay for overtime, night shifts, holidays, and vacation.

💶 Salary:

🔴 Before taxes (gross):
💶 Hourly rate: CZK 255/hour (EUR 9.25/hour);
💸 Productivity bonus: CZK 2,500 – 4,375/month (EUR 102 – 180/month);
💰 Monthly salary (including overtime): CZK 49,900 – 64,590/month (EUR 2,047 – 2,650/month).

🟢 After taxes (net):
💶 Hourly rate: CZK 205/hour (EUR 8.40/hour);
💸 Productivity bonus: CZK 2,000 – 3,500/month (EUR 80 – 144/month);
💰 Monthly salary (including overtime): CZK 39,925–51,675/month (EUR 1,635–2,115/month).

📈 Additional payments in accordance with the Czech Labor Code:

• Overtime hours: +25% to the base rate;
• Overtime shifts (on weekends/holidays): +100% (double pay);
• Vacation and sick leave are paid according to the established rules of the employment contract.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5–6 days a week, 8–10 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime — by agreement;
• Average working hours: 180–220 hours per month.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packing, sorting, and completing online orders;
• Checking packages for compliance and integrity;
• Marking, labeling, and preparing for shipment;
• Maintaining order in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:

• Free accommodation (utility costs: up to CZK 2,000/month deducted from salary);
• Accommodation in rooms for 2 people / couples are placed together;
