📜 We offer two official employment formats, depending on your situation:

1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payment without delays;

   ✅ Payment of taxes and contributions;
   ✅ Legal protection for the employee;
   ✅ Business trip to Belgium.
2. Contrat à durée déterminée – CDD (direct Belgian employment contract):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payment without delays;
   ✅ Official registration in accordance with the labor code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and contributions;
   ✅ Legal protection for the employee;
   ✅ Prospect of long-term employment and residence in Belgium.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: EUR 24.80/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 4,166 – 5,000 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 17.85 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 3,000 – 3,570 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 days a week, 8–10 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime is possible by prior agreement;
• Monthly working hours: 168–200 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packing goods by category and order;
• Checking the integrity and quality of packaging;
• Sorting and labeling goods;
• Preparing orders for shipment and dispatch;
• Compliance with safety and sanitation standards in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of accommodation is covered by the employer;
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room for 2-3 rooms;
• Amenities: beds with mattresses, new furniture, appliances, Wi-Fi;
• Location: proximity to the workplace or provision of free transportation;
• Utilities: 50-150 EUR per month (deducted from salary).
