📜 We offer two official employment formats, depending on your situation:

1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payment without delays;

   ✅ Payment of taxes and contributions;
   ✅ Legal protection for employees;
   ✅ Business trip to Finland.
2. Työsopimus suoraan Suomessa (direct employment contract in Finland):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payment without delays;
   ✅ Official registration in accordance with Finnish labor law;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and social contributions in accordance with Finnish law;
   ✅ Full medical and social insurance;
   ✅ Protection of employee rights in accordance with Finnish labor law;
   ✅ Opportunity for long-term employment, obtaining a residence permit, and living in Finland.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 22.80 EUR/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 4190 – 4710 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 18.25 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 3350 – 3770 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 – 6 days a week, 8 – 10 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Monthly workload: 180–200 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packing goods for international delivery (household appliances, cosmetics, clothing, tools, etc.);
• Checking the integrity of the packaging and the correctness of the contents;
• Scanning, sorting, labeling, and preparing parcels for shipment;
• Compliance with safety and cleanliness standards in the workplace;
• Work in a clean, dry, and controlled environment.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of accommodation is partially covered by the employer (utility costs are paid by the employee);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2-3 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Amenities: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
• Utilities: from 120 to 200 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
