2. Befristeter Arbeitsvertrag (direct German employment contract):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payment without delays;
   ✅ Official registration in accordance with the German Labor Code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and social contributions;
   ✅ Full medical and social insurance;
   ✅ Possibility of long-term employment and residence in Germany.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 23.00 EUR/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 4,140 – 4,600 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 16.56 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 3,000 – 3,312 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5-6 days a week, 8 hours per day in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime possible by agreement;
• Monthly working hours: 180–200 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging Adidas brand clothing (T-shirts, tracksuits, sneakers, and accessories);
• Checking for defects and compliance with quality standards;
• Labeling, sticking labels, preparing orders for shipment;
• Sorting goods by size and category;
• Maintaining order in the warehouse;
• Compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.

🏠 Accommodation:

• Housing costs are covered by the employer;
• Accommodation: apartments, dormitories, hostels (2 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room for 2-3 rooms;
• Amenities: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Location: close to the workplace or free company shuttle;
• Utilities: 70-140 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
