1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):

   ✅ Business trip to Italy.
2. Contratto di lavoro diretto in Italia (direct Italian employment contract):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payment without delays;
   ✅ Official registration in accordance with the Italian labor code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and social contributions in accordance with Italian law;
   ✅ Full medical and social insurance;
   ✅ Protection of employee rights in accordance with Italian labor law;
   ✅ Opportunity for long-term employment, obtaining a residence permit, and living in Italy.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 19.80 EUR/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 3110 – 3925 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 15.25 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 2490 – 3140 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 days a week, 8–10 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Monthly working hours: 160-200 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging and sorting Amazon goods (electronics, clothing, accessories, household goods, etc.);
• Checking products for integrity and compliance with orders;
• Labeling, scanning, and preparing orders for shipment;
• Storing and working with pallets;
• Compliance with safety and cleanliness standards in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of accommodation is partially covered by the employer (utilities are paid by the employee);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2-3 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Amenities: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
• Utilities: up to EUR 150/month (deducted from salary).
