1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):

2. Contrato de trabajo directo en España (direct Spanish employment contract):

   ✅ Official registration in accordance with the Spanish Labor Code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and social contributions in accordance with Spanish law;
   ✅ Full medical and social insurance;
   ✅ Protection of employee rights in accordance with Spanish labor law;
   ✅ Opportunity for long-term employment, obtaining a residence permit, and living in Spain.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 17.50 EUR/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 2890 – 3500 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 14.00 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 2310 – 2800 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5–6 days a week, 8 hours per day in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Monthly working hours: 160 – 190 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging of automotive parts (headlights, mirrors, plastic, small components);
• Checking parts for defects and damage;
• Sorting and labeling products;
• Preparing parts for shipment and movement within the warehouse;
• Working with pallets and packaging film;
• Compliance with safety and order standards in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of accommodation is partially covered by the employer (utilities are paid by the employee);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2-3 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Conditions: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
• Utilities: from 75 to 145 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
