📜 Two official employment formats, depending on your situation:

1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):
   ✅ Official employment under the Polish Labor Code;
   ✅ Business trip to Slovakia;
   ✅ Salary paid without delay;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and contributions;
   ✅ Full legal protection.
2. Pracovná zmluva (direct employment contract in Slovakia):
   ✅ Registration in accordance with Slovak labor law;
   ✅ Direct contract with the possibility of extension;
   ✅ All social guarantees and deductions;
   ✅ Prospect of long-term work and residence.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 13.75 EUR/hour;
   🔴 Monthly income: 2550 – 2900 EUR.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 11.00 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly income: 2040 – 2320 EUR.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 days a week, 8 – 12 hours per shift;
• Shifts: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.;
• 2 breaks of 15 minutes each and a 30-minute lunch break;
• Overtime by agreement;
• 180 – 200 hours per month.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging small and medium-sized auto parts (bolts, fasteners, plastic elements, hoses);
• Checking completeness before shipment;
• Marking and labeling packages;
• Sorting by category and shipping route;
• Maintaining order in the workplace and observing safety regulations.

🏠 Accommodation:

• Partially paid by the employer;
• Accommodation: apartments, hostels, dormitories (2-3 people per room);
• All necessary appliances and Wi-Fi are available;
• Up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
• Utilities: 80–120 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
