Perfume packer for warehouse

🏢 A modern production and logistics center for packaging and sorting perfumes in Riga invites men, women, and couples to apply for a packaging job. Work in a stable European company with comfortable conditions, official employment, and the possibility of long-term employment.

📜 We offer two official employment formats, depending on your situation:

1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payment without delays;
   ✅ Official employment in accordance with the labor code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and contributions;
   ✅ Legal protection for the employee;
   ✅ Business trip to Latvia.
2. Darba līgums (direct Latvian employment contract):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payment without delays;
   ✅ Official registration in accordance with the Latvian Labor Code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and social contributions in accordance with Latvian legislation;
   ✅ Legal protection of the employee in accordance with Latvian law;
   ✅ Prospect of long-term employment and residence in Latvia.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 10.90 EUR/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 1960 – 2400 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 8.75 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 1575 – 1925 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 – 6 days a week, 8 – 10 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 06:00 – 14:00;
• Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Monthly workload: 180–220 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging of perfumery products (perfumes, eau de toilette, cosmetic sets);
• Checking the integrity and quality of packaging;
• Marking and labeling goods;
• Sorting products by category and series;
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace;
• Compliance with sanitary standards and safety regulations.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of accommodation is partially covered by the employer (utilities are paid by the employee);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2-3 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Conditions: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
• Utilities: from 60 to 120 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
