📜 We offer two official employment formats, depending on your situation:

1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payment without delays;
   ✅ Official registration in accordance with the labor code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and contributions;
   ✅ Legal protection for employees;
   ✅ Business trip to Estonia.
2. Tööleping (direct Estonian employment contract):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payment without delays;
   ✅ Official registration in accordance with the Estonian Labor Code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and social contributions in accordance with Estonian law;
   ✅ Legal protection of the employee in accordance with Estonian law;
   ✅ Prospect of long-term employment and residence in Estonia.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 10.90 EUR/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 2030 – 2500 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 8.75 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 1625 – 2000 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 days a week, 8 – 12 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Monthly working hours: 180 – 220 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging pet products (food, toys, accessories, litter, etc.);
• Checking products for integrity and defects;
• Marking and labeling packages;
• Sorting by type and size;
• Preparing orders for shipment, forming boxes and pallets;
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace;
• Compliance with sanitary and safety regulations.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of accommodation is partially covered by the employer (utility costs are paid by the employee);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2-3 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Conditions: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
• Utilities: from 50 to 110 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
